Focus on strengthening the stabilizing muscles of the spine, shoulders, pelvis and joints.
Suitable for all levels, and safe for those with musculoskeletal niggles which respond well to movement and exercise.
Small and Personal
There are a maximum of 6 participants in each class.
The vibe is friendly and we have a community of wonderful like minded women who come regularly.
Price
CHF 35 per class, or CHF300 for 10 classes.
